We are eager to work with community partners that are committed to providing high quality sports programs to youth and who need trained coaches to make it happen. We aim to ensure that our Coaching Corps volunteers meet the needs of after-school partners, the kids and that programs support the leadership development of our volunteers.

To have Coaching Corps coaches in your program, you must meet the following requirements.

  • Offer support and supervision for coaches
  • Have general liability insurance
  • Serve a youth population that is at least 50% low-income
  • Have a sports component that meets at least twice a week with a consistent group of youth participants
  • Be located in one of our seven Coaching Corps communities
